GBI wish you could give them negative… I wish you could give them negative stars. They dragged out my case for years bouncing from one case manager to another. Communication is terrible. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money and time. Went with another company and had a OIC within a year from the time I started.

I have a great case manager Marissa Marin, that kept me informed and if I had any issues, she always help out to make sure I understood what was going on. Great job Optima!!
