GBOptima Tax took over $8000 from my 74… Optima Tax took over $8000 from my 74 year old father and strung him along with barely any communication for 15 MONTHS ! As of yesterday they called to tell him THEY GOT NOTHING in relief. In this time he was assessed ADDITIONAL penalties and interest. They REFUSE to refund him ANY $$$ and he still owes MORE now than he did. Do NOT TRUST this company and their FOREIGN call centers who know NOTHING of tax code!!! I wished my Dad would have told me sooner as I could have negotiated something for him on my own. We will be moving forward with a complaint to ATTORNEY general along with other means to recoup his funds. SHAME SHAME ON YOU OPTIMA for taking advantage of people. These positive reviews are bull!!! Planted. I will not stop until he is refunded. We will also be joining any and every class action along with retaining a real attorney to sue for further damages. See you in court you shysters !!!
