Will not do anything that you pay for I need to understand why this company is still in business. They do not do any of the work as promised and then get you on small technicalities. I will be contacting Chicago for the BBB that they are associated with.

My books are more confusing than when… My books are more confusing than when we started. Past years that were reconciled and filed were adjusted so my tax returns dont add up. Has cost me 5x what originally anticipated.

Avoid it, it's a trap that costs to get out Terrible service, very similar to the other 2024 experinces. It seems the fact that my books are not ready for 2023 taxes and the 1099 filings were not ready on time is not enough proof to file a complaint. Now I need to pay for an audit to show that the bookeeping was neglected for months. Their Customer Success Managers will make sure to wing it as long as they can to charge you as much as possible. And there is more, to cancel you need to give 60 days notice, that's paying 2 months more for work not done. I wonder if there is a lawyer reading this that can help me.
