USSuper Easy to Use It was super easy to use. Instructions were very clear. It took me less than an hour to complete my Form 8949 using KuCoin, Uphold, and Coinbase.

USlocks up when updating holdings So many issues with using this software; every time I make entries and import new wallets, the platform takes FOREVER to update holdings. It is almost like the platform locks up every time I try to update holdings. I have had to message support at least 5 separate times to get them to release my holdings manually.

USQuestionable data, NO customer support Honestly, if you have a bunch of wallets and exchanges I’m not sure the numbers are even right. It’s gives a complicated mess of a spreadsheet that makes it very hard to compute basis and gain/losss. Secondly, they have non responsive customer support. I paid for an account last year and now I can’t access my account and get no response from custom support.

USEase of use Ease of use, very tech/user friendly software. Great customer service and from the research I've done the lowest cost compared to cointracker coinledger and a few others I forgot the names of. Zenledger also offers discounts for repeat customers, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who holds crypto. Thanks very much Zenledger.
