Authentification failed in attempted connection via API or whatever it is. Then I downloaded my ledger .csv, as you specify, and your system declined to process the file, reporting several thousand entries are errors. No error was apparent on inspection, but what do I know, so I repeated the process -- meticulously -- with the same failed result and exactly the same number of asserted errors. I gave up on ZenLedger at that point and sent raw data to my accountant - from all sources. It'll cost me a bunch, but at least I'll get my taxes done on time. I won't be back next year. And by the way, you gave me a powerful incentive to write this review. At least I can confirm it's based on a genuine experience.

Ease of use Ease of use, very tech/user friendly software. Great customer service and from the research I've done the lowest cost compared to cointracker coinledger and a few others I forgot the names of. Zenledger also offers discounts for repeat customers, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who holds crypto. Thanks very much Zenledger.

I had a hard time manually compiling my… I had a hard time manually compiling my transactions across many blockchains, wallets, exchanges etc... Satchit from the Zenledger support team was very helpful and worked ith me from start to finish. Now that my info is published, it will be easier next year. Highly recommend this platform and team.
