Poor customer service Poor customer service, and I suspect gouging practice with GLG. Twice now in 2022 I've experienced a no-show for scheduled 15-minute calls this year with ZL. The platform seems structured to send quick links as DIY via chat bubbles a short term fix but in reality has been detrimental to my experience, compounding research hours. I requested an alternate tax pro to Gordon Law after a disagreement and unfinished work and instead WAS SENT BACK TO GLG, by ZENLEDGER.

Your connection to Kraken is kaput Your connection to Kraken is disfunctional, both via API(?) connection and by download and reading of .csv file. Authentification failed in attempted connection via API or whatever it is. Then I downloaded my ledger .csv, as you specify, and your system declined to process the file, reporting several thousand entries are errors. No error was apparent on inspection, but what do I know, so I repeated the process -- meticulously -- with the same failed result and exactly the same number of asserted errors. I gave up on ZenLedger at that point and sent raw data to my accountant - from all sources. It'll cost me a bunch, but at least I'll get my taxes done on time. I won't be back next year. And by the way, you gave me a powerful incentive to write this review. At least I can confirm it's based on a genuine experience.

Excellent Product I sold a lot of crypto in 2021 and initially tried figuring out my tax gains/losses manually. That was a nightmare...so I went to an accountant who claimed to know how to do it and he wanted to charge a ridiculous fee. So I researched different Crypto tax software and found Zenledger after reading some reviews and getting recommendations from some friends. This product was very easy to use with some kinks, but once you figure it out with some of their stellar customer service folks it is easy to manage. Highly recommend.

Questionable data, NO customer support Honestly, if you have a bunch of wallets and exchanges I’m not sure the numbers are even right. It’s gives a complicated mess of a spreadsheet that makes it very hard to compute basis and gain/losss. Secondly, they have non responsive customer support. I paid for an account last year and now I can’t access my account and get no response from custom support.
