I had a great experience with the site… I had a great experience with the site and was happy with how easy it was to enter all my info. One thing I did feel needs vamping up is adding more wallets like XRP, BitCoin Cash wallets, plus adding more exchanges to the list, other than these it's a great place to have your crypto taxes prepared.

Excellent Product I sold a lot of crypto in 2021 and initially tried figuring out my tax gains/losses manually. That was a nightmare...so I went to an accountant who claimed to know how to do it and he wanted to charge a ridiculous fee. So I researched different Crypto tax software and found Zenledger after reading some reviews and getting recommendations from some friends. This product was very easy to use with some kinks, but once you figure it out with some of their stellar customer service folks it is easy to manage. Highly recommend.

Many Problems to fix It does upload all your information from all of your wallets, and exchanges, but fixing all the problems is very time consuming, and a royal pain. I also have no idea if uploading CSV's helps or just creates more problems to fix, and makes it harder to find the solutions. I'd hate to have to rely on their information or explain things on an IRS audit.
