We set up appointment times for her to call me and work on the software problem. Peter was always on time. This turned out to be a very difficult problem that required several hours to fix, and Peter persisted until the issue was resolved.

GBEfficient, effective, knowledgeable and supportive. A QuickBooks screen froze up on my laptop. I went on line to find recommendations on how to unfreeze QB but nothing worked. I then found The Support Zone and Peter reached out to me to review my issue. GBSupport zone saves the day! I was at my wits end trying to make sense of Quickens platform. Not even their "experts" knew how to pull a profit and loss statement/comparison. As a last resort, I decided to look for help online. Fortunately I found support zone. they understood my problem and helped me quickly resolve it. Thanks Bob

GBFinger guides a must!! Purchased finger guides and have been very pleased and happy. I’m a southpaw and people often comment about how I cut/dice. Using these give them comfort concerning my safety. I highly recommend even if you’re great at cutting and dicing.
