Peter was unbelievable! Peter was outstanding! I had tried many, many other places who were not capable of understanding my problem nor correcting it. I cannot say enough about Peter. He was absolutely terrific. He new exactly what he was doing, was professional and top notch.

Peter was patient and long-suffering in… Peter was patient and long-suffering in attempting to repair my problems with Quicken and Billlpay. He finally invoked an "expert" at Quicken who was able to determine that my problem was at his end and not mine. Peter was knowledgeable, patient and polite. I will in future seek his counsel if there are problems with this software.

Quicken's online service unavailable at this time Given all the challenges we are currently facing with COVID-19, a problem with my quicken account and computer was the last thing I needed today. Peter resolved the issues with my quicken software quickly. He did a great job, while taking the time to explain what he was doing each step along the way. I highly recommend his services.

Peter will stay online till it works! We worked with Peter for reinstallation of Quickbooks Pro on a client's PC. Quickbooks had some issues opening the company file. This guy did not hang up untill he saw the Quickbooks succesfully running with backup location configured. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great support!
