GBSupport zone saves the day! I was at my wits end trying to make sense of Quickens platform. Not even their "experts" knew how to pull a profit and loss statement/comparison. As a last resort, I decided to look for help online. Fortunately I found support zone. they understood my problem and helped me quickly resolve it. Thanks Bob

GBI had an issue with Windows 10 upgrade… I had an issue with Windows 10 upgrade blocked me from opening Quickbooks 8.0. I had 2 local security techs work with me and neither could fix the problem. I reached Peter Evans through an internet search and I was so fortunate to have found him. The solution required I update to latest QB desktop software which required Intuit to also work on the solution, but Peter handled all of that. I can't say enough about his professional, courteous and thorough manner. As a bonus, his price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

CWPeter will stay online till it works! We worked with Peter for reinstallation of Quickbooks Pro on a client's PC. Quickbooks had some issues opening the company file. This guy did not hang up untill he saw the Quickbooks succesfully running with backup location configured. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great support!

GBLifesaver....or at very least a huge… Lifesaver....or at very least a huge time saver. Peter did what two other professional help line technicians could not. And he does not rush to get you off he explains step by step to avoid future issues. He bridges the gap between technology and using Quicken. He knows the applications.Huge fan!!!!
