We set up appointment times for her to call me and work on the software problem. Peter was always on time. This turned out to be a very difficult problem that required several hours to fix, and Peter persisted until the issue was resolved.

GBEfficient, effective, knowledgeable and supportive. A QuickBooks screen froze up on my laptop. I went on line to find recommendations on how to unfreeze QB but nothing worked. GBQuicken's online service unavailable at this time Given all the challenges we are currently facing with COVID-19, a problem with my quicken account and computer was the last thing I needed today.
