Quicken backup issue FIXED! Peter did a fantastic job resolving my Quicken backup issue and help me get everything moved to a new computer. He went above and beyond by making sure the new computer transfer had no issues and then did a successful backup there as well. Great service!!

Peter was patient and long-suffering in… Peter was patient and long-suffering in attempting to repair my problems with Quicken and Billlpay. He finally invoked an "expert" at Quicken who was able to determine that my problem was at his end and not mine. Peter was knowledgeable, patient and polite. I will in future seek his counsel if there are problems with this software.

Support zone saves the day! I was at my wits end trying to make sense of Quickens platform. Not even their "experts" knew how to pull a profit and loss statement/comparison.
