This turned out to be a very difficult problem that required several hours to fix, and Peter persisted until the issue was resolved.

CWPeter will stay online till it works! We worked with Peter for reinstallation of Quickbooks Pro on a client's PC. Quickbooks had some issues opening the company file. This guy did not hang up untill he saw the Quickbooks succesfully running with backup location configured. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great support!

GBQuicken's online service unavailable at this time Given all the challenges we are currently facing with COVID-19, a problem with my quicken account and computer was the last thing I needed today. GBSupport zone saves the day! I was at my wits end trying to make sense of Quickens platform. Not even their "experts" knew how to pull a profit and loss statement/comparison.
