CWPeter will stay online till it works! We worked with Peter for reinstallation of Quickbooks Pro on a client's PC. Quickbooks had some issues opening the company file. This guy did not hang up untill he saw the Quickbooks succesfully running with backup location configured. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great support!
