GBQuicken backup issue FIXED! Peter did a fantastic job resolving my Quicken backup issue and help me get everything moved to a new computer. He went above and beyond by making sure the new computer transfer had no issues and then did a successful backup there as well. Great service!!

GBI had an issue with Windows 10 upgrade⦠I had an issue with Windows 10 upgrade blocked me from opening Quickbooks 8.0. I had 2 local security techs work with me and neither could fix the problem. I reached Peter Evans through an internet search and I was so fortunate to have found him. The solution required I update to latest QB desktop software which required Intuit to also work on the solution, but Peter handled all of that. I can't say enough about his professional, courteous and thorough manner. As a bonus, his price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

CWPeter will stay online till it works! We worked with Peter for reinstallation of Quickbooks Pro on a client's PC. Quickbooks had some issues opening the company file. This guy did not hang up untill he saw the Quickbooks succesfully running with backup location configured. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great support!

GBPeter Evans Peter Evans, is in India and I am in Texas, and it ended up taking 3 hours, then 5 hours, then finally,days later, another 1 hr once Quick Books repaired my file and I had to purchase new Quick Books; but my file was retrieved successfully. I am very grateful. This saved me having to re enter multiple years of records attempting to re-create our files. Very good job, very supportive of my privacy and my lack of computer "savvy". I would recommend his work.
