I want to give a very positive review… I want to give a very positive review for Joana helping me with my tax returns. She took the time and patience to answer me in a detailed way on my healthcare questions ( specific regulations in some states, my changing status of visiting scholar during the year). I wish I had met her in the beginning and not in the end of my research stay to prevent a healthcare penalty, while nevertheless having a very good insurance covering everything but from abroad!

Fantastic Customer Service I tried to reach the customer service after working hours (as I was in abroad at the time being). Not Sprintax, but Tolga This review isn't for Sprintax because Sprintax agents and the customer service is extremely bad. But the agent Tolga Hyuseinov is magic. He saved me, when the rest others were nothing but a waste of time and completely lacked comprehension skills. Tolga was very knowledgable and patient, and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions.

I love simple processes which don't… I love simple processes which don't require me to engage extra brain cells to get through. Sprintax is so straight forward it's almost scary! I loved my experience and intend to use Sprintax every year from now on. Thank you, I was totally happy :)
