She took the time and patience to answer me in a detailed way on my healthcare questions ( specific regulations in some states, my changing status of visiting scholar during the year). I wish I had met her in the beginning and not in the end of my research stay to prevent a healthcare penalty, while nevertheless having a very good insurance covering everything but from abroad!

He saved me, when the rest others were nothing but a waste of time and completely lacked comprehension skills. Tolga was very knowledgable and patient, and explained everything in detail.
