Horrbile I am very unhappy with how my account has been handled. Horrible communication, direction and no collaboration- the sales job was outstanding….I was sold I would have a team, we would be meeting monthly and discussing my case in detail prior to any negotiation. Mark- I think you and I have spoken once over the phone for about 10 min. It's been 1 year and no communication. I will not be using this firm next year and I want my 5K back based on false advertising
