My stress was alleviated after hiring Total Tax and talking to Mark when I had a questions in regards to my case. He Treat you like family and hell, I never met him in person but I feel like he’s family because of the personal care that was taken for my case. I forget the other reviews unless they… Forget the other reviews unless they have money to spend. Do not and I repeat do not use total tax tax service, total tax pros for any of your tax preparation. You can consider half of your refund as payment to them. And you can count on paying at least $150 to $250 for a refund less than $100.

Total scam inc. Total scam is a better name for this corporation! My husband and I fell right into the fast talking lawyers scam. We were quoted a total of 40,000 owed in back taxes and both signed the paperwork. A few short weeks later we couldn't get in contact with the people assigned to our case, I call it passing the buck. We attempted leaving messages, emails, and text to no avail. Finally we received a call back because we changed credit cards and they didn't receive their payment, which is ridiculous, its a sad thing, but its all about the Benjamin's! The team informed us that they were still working on our tax returns and would get back in contact with us as soon as they were completed. The lack of communication is one of their biggest down falls. We decided to continue working with total scam, because we had already paid $2,300.00, hoping communication would get better and they would do their job. Once their team had completed our tax returns we received a phone call, to our surprise our $40,000 debt nearly tripled!!! They wanted us to sign new documents agreeing to this tripled price, NO WAY were we agreeing to do that, so we fired them and decided to go to another tax lawyer that is local (regret not doing this in the beginning). Be cautious of all the five star reviews, because now the only stars we see are the ones they gave us from a complete knockout!!
