GBI'm really disappointed with after… I'm really disappointed with after speaking with Total Tax reps that it has been more than 2+ years and still no resolve solutions. When I ask about updates, their response is IRS has not responded. I now have paid more money than just pay what the IRS has on their website. Frustrated to be used by a company that can't fulfill their obligations.

GBI have been trying to get my 2022… I have been trying to get my 2022 return done for several years now. I have paid several thousand dollars. They are not responding to my emails or requests. I would not hire them. These people are scam artists.

GBGreat office Great office. Tamar Johnson has been doing our income tax returns for many years. She is extremely thorough and asks questions that are very pertinent to the task at hand. She digs until she has found every legitimate deduction available for us and boy does she dig deep. Turn around time is very fast and everyone in the office that we have come in contact with have been welcoming and extremely pleasant.
