GBI have been trying to get my 2022… I have been trying to get my 2022 return done for several years now. I have paid several thousand dollars. They are not responding to my emails or requests. I would not hire them. These people are scam artists.

GBHorrbile I am very unhappy with how my account has been handled. Horrible communication, direction and no collaboration- the sales job was outstanding….I was sold I would have a team, we would be meeting monthly and discussing my case in detail prior to any negotiation. Mark- I think you and I have spoken once over the phone for about 10 min. It's been 1 year and no communication. I will not be using this firm next year and I want my 5K back based on false advertising

GBThe staff and specially Mark Walstrom… The staff and specially Mark Walstrom treated me professionally and compassionately through two year process due to COVID-19. My stress was alleviated after hiring Total Tax and talking to Mark when I had a questions in regards to my case. GBI'm really disappointed with after… I'm really disappointed with after speaking with Total Tax reps that it has been more than 2+ years and still no resolve solutions. When I ask about updates, their response is IRS has not responded. I now have paid more money than just pay what the IRS has on their website. Frustrated to be used by a company that can't fulfill their obligations.
