Highly recommend their monthly services! I have an e-commerce business selling products online. My bookkeeping/financial control was not working and Quickbooks was not helpful in getting it cleaned up. It made it to where my team and my day to day work wasn’t enough and worth it. This has happened a couple times over the years. Very frustrated and overwhelming! Fortunately my friend and business owner recommended PCMB and I have used the Service before and they have been very helpful. I have been happy with their service before, but honestly, since the company has come under new management THEY ARE ON TOP OF THINGS! Ready to give up? Believe me, so was I I contacted this company after a migration from QuickBooks desktop to QBO went very wrong. QuickBooks support couldn't even figure out how to clean up the mess it left. Jason sent Auriel to us & she had us current & correct in no time! She was thorough with her audit, she located the problems within the first few days & she got a company that was 5 months behind on reconciliations caught up! Well worth every penny & more. Would recommend this wonderful service to anyone that gets lost in their accounting software. I was so close to giving up but this team saved us countless hours & a lot of money by taking the problem away from us. The stress I was under is gone & I'm looking into a future of continuing services with pleasecleanmybooks at minimally monthly to keep things right. Thank you just doesn't cover it.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. They charge a flat fee $595 to connect you with a bookkeeper for 5 hours worth of work. The bookkeepers are paid $30 an hour. Regarding the work, they did not do a good job on my books. I ended up paying several thousand dollars to "clean my books" and they were still a mess at the end. Do yourself a favor and find an independent bookkeeper. The owner is a snake who just cares about making money. I was overcharged and for nothing. I later found an independent bookkeeper on upwork. She did a much better job and was more invested.
