Terrible experience Terrible experience. They charge a flat fee $595 to connect you with a bookkeeper for 5 hours worth of work. The bookkeepers are paid $30 an hour. Regarding the work, they did not do a good job on my books. I ended up paying several thousand dollars to "clean my books" and they were still a mess at the end. Do yourself a favor and find an independent bookkeeper. The owner is a snake who just cares about making money. I was overcharged and for nothing. I later found an independent bookkeeper on upwork. She did a much better job and was more invested.

Carolina is amazing Carolina is amazing! She has been so patient with me and has helped me out more than I could have ever imagined! It’s so nice to know if I have an issue, I can reach out to her and she will be quick to respond and help me not only figure out the issue but also show me how to fix it and explain what she is doing. Would use them again! I am so thankful for all of the work that Carolina @ PleaseCleanMyBooks.com did to help clean up our books for multiple companies! I learned more from her in one day on one issue than I had learned in several years of keeping books. She was always so kind to explain why she was doing something and never spoke down to me and that was greatly appreciated. I also appreciate that there was constant communication with either the owner or other representatives and after we got our books cleaned, we also had them have our federal tax returns filed. It was a smooth process and made my life much less stressful.

Feels like a total bait and switch Feels like a total bait and switch. Was told that the work we needed done could easily be done in a 5 hour block. Was immediately asked to pay another $595. Will never recommend to anyone. The actual accountant doing the work was helpful and understanding.
