It’s so nice to know if I have an issue, I can reach out to her and she will be quick to respond and help me not only figure out the issue but also show me how to fix it and explain what she is doing. I waited until the last minute ... I needed last minute help with a specialty type of bookkeeping: MTM, Trader Tax Status. Although the bookkeeper did not have experience with this industry, he dug in, figured it, and presented a great set of 2021 books to me! I also liked the way the management checked in with me during the two week process. They really wanted to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use them again AND I have been recommending them to all my friends!

Highly recommend their monthly services! I have an e-commerce business selling products online. My bookkeeping/financial control was not working and Quickbooks was not helpful in getting it cleaned up. It made it to where my team and my day to day work wasn’t enough and worth it. This has happened a couple times over the years. Very frustrated and overwhelming! Fortunately my friend and business owner recommended PCMB and I have used the Service before and they have been very helpful. I have been happy with their service before, but honestly, since the company has come under new management THEY ARE ON TOP OF THINGS! The Service Director has been responsive to all my concerns fast, and the bookkeepers communicate and get the job done on time. I also want to add that many times I feel they’ll quit on me for my lack of responsibility in answering their questions in a timely manner (please don’t do this to your own business as I can assure you that it only creates headaches for you).
