Jason Bedunah, a Serial Entrepreneur and owner of several companies, started the company as a way to use his digital marketing skills to get bookkeeping clients for his mother, an Accountant and Bookkeeper, after she was laid off from her employer of nearly 9 years. From there, it grew and grew into what it is today! We have the highest quality bookkeepers in the United States. Each of our bookkeepers have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a variety of industries serving businesses of all sizes.

I have worked with… I have worked with pleasecleanmybooks.com for the past three years. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option. Their services have been a game changer for my business. They literally clean up miscategorized journal entries and reconcile whatever mess you have in your journals on AR/AP. They are completely above board and you can submit your books to the IRS if requested with full confidence. I appreciate that when I run my reports, I get a clear and accurate picture of my business revenues and expenditures. I have had other bookkeeping services that fail in comparison to the competency of the pleasecleanmybooks.com staff and the numerous service options this company provides. Jenn has been my point person for the last 3 years and she is a tremendous talent. She is also personality plus and doesn’t inflate the hours for her work. My CPA loves Jenn because my books are clean (NOT COOKED,) every transaction is accounted for and I find comfort that my business is prepared for an audit at anytime. I appreciate Jason and Josh for reaching out to see how I am doing and if I need anything, but they don’t inundate you with marketing spam emails.

Carolina is amazing Carolina is amazing! She has been so patient with me and has helped me out more than I could have ever imagined! It’s so nice to know if I have an issue, I can reach out to her and she will be quick to respond and help me not only figure out the issue but also show me how to fix it and explain what she is doing. Highly recommend their monthly services! I have an e-commerce business selling products online. My bookkeeping/financial control was not working and Quickbooks was not helpful in getting it cleaned up. It made it to where my team and my day to day work wasn’t enough and worth it. This has happened a couple times over the years. Very frustrated and overwhelming! Fortunately my friend and business owner recommended PCMB and I have used the Service before and they have been very helpful. I have been happy with their service before, but honestly, since the company has come under new management THEY ARE ON TOP OF THINGS! The Service Director has been responsive to all my concerns fast, and the bookkeepers communicate and get the job done on time. I also want to add that many times I feel they’ll quit on me for my lack of responsibility in answering their questions in a timely manner (please don’t do this to your own business as I can assure you that it only creates headaches for you). I am so thankful with their Service, and with my bookkeeper (Jenn) that I wanted to put in my personal experiences here. Thank you for assisting me with my business! And thank you so much for making the recommendation of your Monthly Services, that has definitely made a huge difference in my experience as a business owner!

Wasn't a pleasant experience Wasn't a pleasant experience. They just passed me around from one rep who messed up my books to another rep that also wasn't that experienced in helping me get my books in order. Had to hire someone else who was a real pro to get things in order. Advice to management is to have a project lead to get a clearer understanding of what your client is looking for. Just assigning to any random book keeper lead to huge disconnect with expectations.

Total Scam! Total Scam!! It has been over a year dealing with this "company" (If you want to call it that because really he just subs out the work to other people who don't have working phones half the time) and I still have no resolution. There will be months that go by where I don't hear a word and can't get the "accountant" on the phone to clarify the issue. She misunderstood the issue and then I even paid for more time (wishful thinking she would finally get it done if I paid more) and still nothing. Total joke! I really think it's a scam.
