I waited until the last minute ... I needed last minute help with a specialty type of bookkeeping: MTM, Trader Tax Status. Although the bookkeeper did not have experience with this industry, he dug in, figured it, and presented a great set of 2021 books to me! I also liked the way the management checked in with me during the two week process. They really wanted to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use them again AND I have been recommending them to all my friends!

Ready to give up? Believe me, so was I I contacted this company after a migration from QuickBooks desktop to QBO went very wrong. They just passed me around from one rep who messed up my books to another rep that also wasn't that experienced in helping me get my books in order. Had to hire someone else who was a real pro to get things in order. Advice to management is to have a project lead to get a clearer understanding of what your client is looking for. Just assigning to any random book keeper lead to huge disconnect with expectations.

Fantastic Service and Friendly Staff Pedro & Josh were quick and easy to communicate with. Their website was safe and easy to upload documents to. I had almost 2 years of reconciliation to be done and Pedro cleaned up my books in less than 2 weeks.
