Terrible experience Terrible experience. They charge a flat fee $595 to connect you with a bookkeeper for 5 hours worth of work. The bookkeepers are paid $30 an hour. Regarding the work, they did not do a good job on my books. I ended up paying several thousand dollars to "clean my books" and they were still a mess at the end. Do yourself a favor and find an independent bookkeeper. The owner is a snake who just cares about making money. I was overcharged and for nothing. I later found an independent bookkeeper on upwork. She did a much better job and was more invested.

Finally I Know My Numbers... I have only been working with Heather O. since the beginning of the summer but have been so impressed. Wasn't a pleasant experience Wasn't a pleasant experience. They just passed me around from one rep who messed up my books to another rep that also wasn't that experienced in helping me get my books in order. Had to hire someone else who was a real pro to get things in order. Advice to management is to have a project lead to get a clearer understanding of what your client is looking for. Just assigning to any random book keeper lead to huge disconnect with expectations.
