Total Scam! Total Scam!! It has been over a year dealing with this "company" (If you want to call it that because really he just subs out the work to other people who don't have working phones half the time) and I still have no resolution. There will be months that go by where I don't hear a word and can't get the "accountant" on the phone to clarify the issue. She misunderstood the issue and then I even paid for more time (wishful thinking she would finally get it done if I paid more) and still nothing. Total joke! I really think it's a scam.

I looked forward to our zoom meetings. Carolina has also been helpful in the time after our educational time was completed. She truly cares about her customers and it shows. Terrible experience Terrible experience. They charge a flat fee $595 to connect you with a bookkeeper for 5 hours worth of work. The bookkeepers are paid $30 an hour. Regarding the work, they did not do a good job on my books. I ended up paying several thousand dollars to "clean my books" and they were still a mess at the end. Do yourself a favor and find an independent bookkeeper. The owner is a snake who just cares about making money. I was overcharged and for nothing. I later found an independent bookkeeper on upwork. She did a much better job and was more invested.
