They literally clean up miscategorized journal entries and reconcile whatever mess you have in your journals on AR/AP. They are completely above board and you can submit your books to the IRS if requested with full confidence. I appreciate that when I run my reports, I get a clear and accurate picture of my business revenues and expenditures. I have had other bookkeeping services that fail in comparison to the competency of the pleasecleanmybooks.com staff and the numerous service options this company provides. Jenn has been my point person for the last 3 years and she is a tremendous talent. She is also personality plus and doesn’t inflate the hours for her work. My CPA loves Jenn because my books are clean (NOT COOKED,) every transaction is accounted for and I find comfort that my business is prepared for an audit at anytime. Fantastic Service and Friendly Staff Pedro & Josh were quick and easy to communicate with. Their website was safe and easy to upload documents to. I had almost 2 years of reconciliation to be done and Pedro cleaned up my books in less than 2 weeks.

Ready to give up? Believe me, so was I I contacted this company after a migration from QuickBooks desktop to QBO went very wrong. QuickBooks support couldn't even figure out how to clean up the mess it left. Jason sent Auriel to us & she had us current & correct in no time! She was thorough with her audit, she located the problems within the first few days & she got a company that was 5 months behind on reconciliations caught up! Well worth every penny & more. Would recommend this wonderful service to anyone that gets lost in their accounting software. I was so close to giving up but this team saved us countless hours & a lot of money by taking the problem away from us. I learned more from her in one day on one issue than I had learned in several years of keeping books. She was always so kind to explain why she was doing something and never spoke down to me and that was greatly appreciated.
