QuickBooks support couldn't even figure out how to clean up the mess it left. Jason sent Auriel to us & she had us current & correct in no time! Wasn't a pleasant experience Wasn't a pleasant experience. They just passed me around from one rep who messed up my books to another rep that also wasn't that experienced in helping me get my books in order. Had to hire someone else who was a real pro to get things in order. Advice to management is to have a project lead to get a clearer understanding of what your client is looking for. Just assigning to any random book keeper lead to huge disconnect with expectations.
