Ready to give up? Believe me, so was I I contacted this company after a migration from QuickBooks desktop to QBO went very wrong. QuickBooks support couldn't even figure out how to clean up the mess it left. Jason sent Auriel to us & she had us current & correct in no time! She was thorough with her audit, she located the problems within the first few days & she got a company that was 5 months behind on reconciliations caught up! Well worth every penny & more. Would recommend this wonderful service to anyone that gets lost in their accounting software. I learned more from her in one day on one issue than I had learned in several years of keeping books. She was always so kind to explain why she was doing something and never spoke down to me and that was greatly appreciated. I also appreciate that there was constant communication with either the owner or other representatives and after we got our books cleaned, we also had them have our federal tax returns filed. It was a smooth process and made my life much less stressful.

They just passed me around from one rep who messed up my books to another rep that also wasn't that experienced in helping me get my books in order. Had to hire someone else who was a real pro to get things in order. Advice to management is to have a project lead to get a clearer understanding of what your client is looking for. Just assigning to any random book keeper lead to huge disconnect with expectations.
