I learned more from her in one day on one issue than I had learned in several years of keeping books. Total Scam! Total Scam!! It has been over a year dealing with this "company" (If you want to call it that because really he just subs out the work to other people who don't have working phones half the time) and I still have no resolution. There will be months that go by where I don't hear a word and can't get the "accountant" on the phone to clarify the issue. She misunderstood the issue and then I even paid for more time (wishful thinking she would finally get it done if I paid more) and still nothing. Total joke! I really think it's a scam.
