GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. They charge a flat fee $595 to connect you with a bookkeeper for 5 hours worth of work. The bookkeepers are paid $30 an hour. Regarding the work, they did not do a good job on my books. I ended up paying several thousand dollars to "clean my books" and they were still a mess at the end. Do yourself a favor and find an independent bookkeeper. The owner is a snake who just cares about making money. I was overcharged and for nothing. I later found an independent bookkeeper on upwork. She did a much better job and was more invested.

GBHighly recommend their monthly services! I have an e-commerce business selling products online. My bookkeeping/financial control was not working and Quickbooks was not helpful in getting it cleaned up. It made it to where my team and my day to day work wasn’t enough and worth it. This has happened a couple times over the years. Very frustrated and overwhelming! Fortunately my friend and business owner recommended PCMB and I have used the Service before and they have been very helpful. I have been happy with their service before, but honestly, since the company has come under new management THEY ARE ON TOP OF THINGS! The Service Director has been responsive to all my concerns fast, and the bookkeepers communicate and get the job done on time. I also want to add that many times I feel they’ll quit on me for my lack of responsibility in answering their questions in a timely manner (please don’t do this to your own business as I can assure you that it only creates headaches for you).
