USI waited until the last minute ... I needed last minute help with a specialty type of bookkeeping: MTM, Trader Tax Status. Although the bookkeeper did not have experience with this industry, he dug in, figured it, and presented a great set of 2021 books to me! I also liked the way the management checked in with me during the two week process. They really wanted to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use them again AND I have been recommending them to all my friends!

USFeels like a total bait and switch Feels like a total bait and switch. Was told that the work we needed done could easily be done in a 5 hour block. Was immediately asked to pay another $595. Will never recommend to anyone. The actual accountant doing the work was helpful and understanding.

I looked forward to our zoom meetings. Carolina has also been helpful in the time after our educational time was completed. She truly cares about her customers and it shows. USTerrible experience Terrible experience. They charge a flat fee $595 to connect you with a bookkeeper for 5 hours worth of work. The bookkeepers are paid $30 an hour. Regarding the work, they did not do a good job on my books. I ended up paying several thousand dollars to "clean my books" and they were still a mess at the end. Do yourself a favor and find an independent bookkeeper. The owner is a snake who just cares about making money. I was overcharged and for nothing. I later found an independent bookkeeper on upwork. She did a much better job and was more invested.

USWasn't a pleasant experience Wasn't a pleasant experience. They just passed me around from one rep who messed up my books to another rep that also wasn't that experienced in helping me get my books in order. Had to hire someone else who was a real pro to get things in order. Advice to management is to have a project lead to get a clearer understanding of what your client is looking for. Just assigning to any random book keeper lead to huge disconnect with expectations.
