Preparation is key. Quick, easy, and free! The navigation of the site is easy considering how many documents are listed. Tip: have all documentation ready beforehand. It will make the process quicker and simpler. I have used E-file for two years now and I don't have any issues filing my taxes. Also, I use the option that is free because I don't have a lot of documents when filling federal taxes.

Classic bait-and-switch Classic bait-and-switch. Tried to do my taxes with 3 W-2s, no deductions/credits/etc. Tried to force a "Deluxe" upgrade before it would let me print or file, with absolutely ZERO warning before the very last step prior to filing, meaning you can either pay them or you've wasted your entire effort. Absolutely no reason/description given of what exactly was requiring the upgrade, just a vague "one of the services you have selected does not qualify for the free option". I will literally do my taxes on paper and send them in the mail before I pay you. Get absolutely bent, e-file.

Filing taxes with E-file.com is GREAT! Using E-file.com to file my taxes is quick, easy and convenient. Many of us whose taxable income is below $100,000, file as single or married filing jointly and do not claim dependent deductions file for free which is great!

Great Absolutely loved using this especially since it’s free and easy to use. Makes it so much more simple than going somewhere else then paying. My only issue is the layout needs to be improved to be a bit more simple; however, this is isn’t that big of an issue.
