R&G Brenner were Thorough and Precise With Our Tax Return for 2017 R&G Brenner were thorough and precise in their helping us file our tax return for 2017. They explained present and previous tax years with us and the differences between them which eliminated any apprehensions that we might have had in filing with a new tax office. Well done R&G Brenner, well done.

Taxes were rejected, poor follow up My husband and I owed taxes for the first time this past year so wanted to have a professional complete our taxes to ensure they were correct. The money owed was confirmed and it was vaguely explained why we owed, we paid for the piece of mind that the taxes were correct. We setup payment and it was accepted by the IRS. We then received notification from R&G that our taxes were rejected, without clear directions on any action we should take or what they would do to correct. I had to follow up a couple of times, googling for contacts. I received a response from a generic ‘do not reply’ email that they were resubmitting. We are still waiting, not sure to expect a confirmation or any further correspondences from R&G. We chose them because of the positive reviews but were disappointed by our experience. It seems they do well overall, just hope they don’t make any mistakes because they already have your money and apparently have no interest in clearly communicating or following up.

My Tax Rep Barbara Leed My Tax Rep, Barbara L. is the best! She's highly efficient & extremely knowledgeable agent. I returned to her at R&G Brenner for Tax Filing, after two years, because I was not sure, I was getting the best service & advise elsewhere. Both my spouse & I feel 100% + satisfied & confident knowing that Barbara L. at R&G Brenner is handling out Tax Filing. Please note: We had chosen another tax agent due to some traveling inconvenience to get to R&G Brenner. However, we came to the conclusion, that it is worth to choose Barbara L. to continue handling our Tax filing needs. We are very happy with her.

Terrible experience. Met with a gentleman named Renee and one word can describe him and thats smug. The fact I spent 275.00 and asked a few followup questions to only get snippy and short responses is unacceptable. Before paying my bill and having the lady actually ask for recommendations and receive 50.00 off my next visit I couldn't say no fast enough. I will never go back and anyone i come in contact with I will be sure not to recommend R&G Brenner. I will be sure to say to stay clear. It is unfortunate we got stuck with a terrible and rude accountant but this will be the last time I walk through those doors again.
