Excellent Customer Service! My first review was not so good but I received a personal phone call to discuss why I rated the way I did. After and excellent conversation with a very personal touch I understood the process much better. The "Extra Mile" was fantastic.

UPDATED Review to 5 stars 97tax I'm pleased to update my rating to 5 stars!! I got a call today, Sept 1st, from their agent who explained everything and was extremely helpful. He helped me get everything straightened out which I'm so grateful for. Obviously due to the COVID they are swamped as is the IRS. __________________________ I contacted them on July 6, 2020 and paid them but have heard nothing as of September 1st and now have a letter from IRS stating my total payment is due September 7th. I've sent emails to support and I've called only to find i can just leave a message which I left more than once along with my phone # and STILL NO RESPONSE. I'm in a bind due to Covid. As I was planning on the payments they provided. I would have given 0 stars but no option.

Still waiting Hi, I finished the form work paid what was asked in May 23rd,2023. 97 Tax said to wait until they send me a payment plan.I am still waiting for that form to be sent.

This company is great This company is great. I stressed for 2 years not knowing what to do about my taxes until a friend told me about them. I went online and had a payment plan completed within one business day, as promised. I have and will continue to recommend them. Wonderful people.

I used this company to help me get a… I used this company to help me get a payment plan I paid 129$ for these services it was December 12,2023 I paid for this service I did receive the paper to send to IRS haven't heard anything back from them don't know if I have a plan or not. I'm afraid to file my taxes don't know who would receive it
