Not the IRS I mistakenly thought I was dealing directly with the IRS to inquire about a payment plan. Part way through providing my info I realized you are not affiliated with the IRS and logged out of your site. I have continued to receive emails from your Company asking me to complete a request. I replied to your 3 emails that I was not interested in your services and asked you to cease and desist from emailing me and implying that I have a formal request with your Company. I will work directly with the IRS if needed.

There should be an obvious disclaimer that they are not associated with the IRS and are an independent company that offers to help you file a payment plan request form with the IRS. I thought that 97Tax was the company the IRS was now using to file their application. It is not! The IRS still offers the application for free!
