GBI used this company to help me get a… I used this company to help me get a payment plan I paid 129$ for these services it was December 12,2023 I paid for this service I did receive the paper to send to IRS haven't heard anything back from them don't know if I have a plan or not. I'm afraid to file my taxes don't know who would receive it
