Don't Trust This Company I heard about US Tax Shield via advertisement on tv. I decided to use then based on the ratings on the web. I paid these clowns over $2500 in which they only made one call to the state that had a tax lien on my bank account and reported it to the three major reporting agencies. They had excuses stating they never can get in touch with the state, they are not picking up the phone, or they just will not cooperate. Bottomline, they just took my hard earned money and closed the case. I should of just used the money to pay my tax lien than used these clowns services. What a waste of time, effort, and most of all money. Would not recommend!

Ripped off Terrified of the IRS and the huge debt we accumulated thanks to the recession, I contacted US Tax Shield because of an endorsement made by a radio personality (my first mistake). The capper that answered the phone at USTS assured me that a compromise settlement would be attained. I turned down a $700 a month payment plan with the IRS because USTS promised me a better deal. I paid $5,000 up front, 1 1/2 years later, USTS got me on a $700/month payment plan after telling me to liquidate my 401K to pay down my balance, which just added to our tax debt. Avoid these thieves at all costs..don't give in to the fear, these parasites will take your money and run.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. For Four years they have failed to perform for me and have only caused me to incur more tax penalties and interest. They negotiated nothing on my behalf, failed to stay in contact with me, and ignored my demands for an accounting. Basically I have been abandoned. My repeated emailed requests for a fee refund have been met with replies that they are being looked into. Zero follow up on the promise. Their failure to communicate directly with me and abandonment of my case is contrary to clear California Bar standards. The only interest and urgency they displayed was in squeezing me for a $29,000 fee. Though I demanded a refund and accounting of their time and fees 5 months ago, and repeated the demand twice more, to date the reply has been that they will get back to me. Crickets.

Ripped off... all they did was stall & end result was a payment plan,which I could did that on my own.They act like they can do more than anyone else can do,which is lies & false advertisement.That was my experience with US Tax Shield.

updated review After A bad review back in 2016 they refunded some of my money...i than gave a 5 star positive review.....however i can not in good conscience let my 5 star continue ....yes they did refund some money back to us...but they ended up costing me more because of there slowness in handling the case.... i am sure the other negative reviews are not lies...they describe my dealings with these people perfectley...But again to there credit they did try to make things right at the end..i just wish they would have been more diligent while the case was in progress..
