Good and Bad I am upset that there isn't a record of exactly what tasks are heing done on my account. We just got charged $350 per month. Communication from your office was sporadic at best. The final straw was to receive an email with a copy of an invoice for $350 with no explanation of the charges after it was said that you were just waiting for IRS to release the lien. It would be nice if your staff answered emails as quickly as Mr. Yates sends dunning letters.

In 2014 I had significant business losses, but IRS rejected to except my tax return and requested $32k+ in additional taxes. I paid thousands $$ to so called "tax specialists" from H&R, Fiducial and others. Nothing happened. Unpaid Tax Balance grown to $46k. In 2019 IRS placed liens against my property and began garnishment. At this time I was recommended to get help from Joy Blankenship . She is smart, professional and what is most important knowledgeable. She took my case to IRS in April and three months later IRS removed liens and sent me a refund for garnished money. Wall And Associates takes advantage of widows husband died,lost home,took money from retirement,owe state and federal.was told could get amount reduced a fairly large amount .state agent got mad and garnished checking account,took 2000 dollars.never had this happen.scared for life.fired wall and associates. for lack of communication.only worked for me about 6 weeks. didn't do nothing but make about 10 phone calls.agreed to give back 2000 of the 4000.did not even do 2000 dollars worth work.even gave them 400 dollars for march.will take years to pay off 2000 0n visa.i want my money back.all of it. good job john Roberson, you ripped me and my daughter off.

This company has been around for years taking customers money and not living up to the promise they used to bring you in. So far these unprofessional things are getting away it. We should advertise for them on Facebook and the rest of the social media world.

Bad company, scam artists I am convinced any good review here is a fake. This company took $30,000.00 from us and provided NO HELP in almost 18 months ! We had to hire another attorney (a reputable one) who did resolve our tax issue in just a few months. Wall and Associates took our money upfront and monthly. They would never return my calls or update us, they gave us extremely poor advice which got us into MORE trouble with the IRS, our bank accounts were cleaned out by the IRS several time (which W and A said they would protect us and did not). The Attorney General of Virgina has filed a lawsuit against Wall and Associates for alleged violations of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. We are told we probably will not recover any of the $30,000.00 they stole from us but I am glad they cannot do this to anyone else !!!
