I feel this business is honestly … I feel this business is honestly running a scam. I contacted walls and associates to handle my tax problems. In the initial consultation I made it aware to this company that I was in chapter 13 bankruptcy. I also let them know in the paper work I sent them and in the first conference call we had. 3 months passed and then I received a call from them staying they could not work my case because I was in bankruptcy. This is after they had taken a down payment of $2500. They refused to make a refund stating they had already done too much work. This does not make sense at all. Why not tell me up front. Why take the money and then tell me this

BEWARE- DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We along with many others have been lead on for years at a tune of over $20,000 which would’ve been a nice tidy sum to payoff our taxes. I attempted to contact them many times with them returning calls stating it’s right around the corner-3 years worth. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Very untrustworthy. If anyone wants to reach out to question their reliability please contact @ gmail.com. I will be turning into Better Business Bureau!

Wall And Associates takes advantage of widows husband died,lost home,took money from retirement,owe state and federal.was told could get amount reduced a fairly large amount .state agent got mad and garnished checking account,took 2000 dollars.never had this happen.scared for life.fired wall and associates. for lack of communication.only worked for me about 6 weeks. didn't do nothing but make about 10 phone calls.agreed to give back 2000 of the 4000.did not even do 2000 dollars worth work.even gave them 400 dollars for march.will take years to pay off 2000 0n visa.i want my money back.all of it. good job john Roberson, you ripped me and my daughter off.

These people are crooks These people are crooks. They run you around and they do absolutely nothing. They don't return your calls. Do yourself a favour and call your attorney general to find a reputable tax relief firm. This company is being sued by more then one state for fraud! Stay clear of them. Don't believe one single positive review on here.
