GBDo not use Wall $ ass. Wall $ ass. Took over 10k from me to settle my tax problem and did nothing. Promised case would be done In 6-8 months and it dragged on for 2 years so they could get their $400 a month. No communication. I suggest going for a company with a flat rate. Also said they had a local office which was no true.

GBThis is a scam This is a scam. They claim to be tax relief services for consumers who work with the IRS on getting penalties and interest waived etc. They kept us on for 1.5 yrs all to tell us that they could set up a payment plan. Everything we could have done originally saving ourselves 8K that should have been paid to the IRS in the first place. DO NOT get scammed by them, they are a joke!

GBWall & Associates are scammers Wall & Associates are scammers. Took $8900 of my money and did not deliver. Could not accomplish anything with the IRS. KEPT getting my wife's income wrong despite our providing all required documentation . DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM. They are being sued by at least one state. Maybe more at this time.

GBI feel this business is honestly … I feel this business is honestly running a scam. I contacted walls and associates to handle my tax problems. In the initial consultation I made it aware to this company that I was in chapter 13 bankruptcy. I also let them know in the paper work I sent them and in the first conference call we had. 3 months passed and then I received a call from them staying they could not work my case because I was in bankruptcy. This is after they had taken a down payment of $2500. They refused to make a refund stating they had already done too much work. This does not make sense at all. Why not tell me up front. Why take the money and then tell me this
