Not what I thought this experience would be Initially, I thought this was my only option for tax relief. I found that months went by with no activity at all but I had to pay the same amount each month even for months at a time with no movement towards resolution. I ended up paying more than I owed the IRS to Wall & Associates and this was MONTHS after I told them this repeatedly that I needed to complete and resolve the matter. My case in the end cost me, $6,500.00 to Wall and Associates and my original debt was $6,627.00. This cost doesn't include the $3,195.00 that the IRS collected from my tax refunds. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know because I wouldn't wish this on anyone, friend or foe. Paying the IRS directly in monthly payments for even 3 yrs would have cost me less money.

She is readily available by phone and when not will usually return my call or e mail within minutes. I have an unusual case and she has been most patient in explaining its complexities and helping me secure the proper documents to resolve my tax issues. She must be a great asset to Wall & Associates.

Wall & associates is the lowest of the… Wall & associates is the lowest of the low. This company has been around for years taking customers money and not living up to the promise they used to bring you in. So far these unprofessional things are getting away it. We should advertise for them on Facebook and the rest of the social media world.

I've been paying 500 a month for 2 1/2… I've been paying 500 a month for 2 1/2 years and put 5000 down and nothing was done . Very disatisfied they didn't do nothing for the 20,500. Hate even putting one star there were no other choices.

BEWARE- DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We along with many others have been lead on for years at a tune of over $20,000 which would’ve been a nice tidy sum to payoff our taxes. I attempted to contact them many times with them returning calls stating it’s right around the corner-3 years worth. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Very untrustworthy.
