USRefinancing with a lot of equity in home sure helps to reduce high interest debt Refinancing my home in which I had a lot of equity made sense. It allowed me to pay off high interest credit card and car. It just made good financial sense even though the interest rate was higher than I wanted. Monthly payment were not that much more than want I am paying now. So there ya go.

USJust wanted to let Veterans know if you… Just wanted to let Veterans know if you are in trouble make sure that the only house you could buy isn't a manufactured home or they will not be there for you if you are in trouble and need a cash out. They need to be honest and say they only care for some Veterans.
