Thankfully we saw a advertisement for New Day USA. The process was so simple and we were approved almost immediately. Shawn Orem was amazing. He explained everything to us and made us feel at ease through the entire process. The future is bright again thanks to New Day USA.

NewDay (ND) wasn't a great experience… NewDay (ND) wasn't a great experience for me. I appreciated the efforts of my loan officer, Matt. He was responsive and a reliable communicator. It seemed (by ND policy) he was directed or compelled to reach out nearly every day during our refi process. That got old very quickly. At the end of the process, NewDay' best interest rate was a full 1 point higher than where we actually ended up (not at ND). In addition, they were not able to provide me with the cash I needed to realize via our refi transaction. Further, they insisted on my paying off a vehicle, which I co-signed on for my daughter, who had been making regular monthly payments for almost 2 years with no late or missed payments. Ridiculous! I was not convinced ND had my best interests as a priority. If so, their rate would have been much more competitive and citing corrections to the above noted issues, I would have "done the deal" with them.

Excellent service Everything was handed promptly and professionally. There were no outlandish promises made. This is not the first time I have used NEWDAY. If needed, I will use them again.

Just wanted to let Veterans know if you… Just wanted to let Veterans know if you are in trouble make sure that the only house you could buy isn't a manufactured home or they will not be there for you if you are in trouble and need a cash out. They need to be honest and say they only care for some Veterans.

The people who worked with me are… The people who worked with me are professional and courteous. The one problem is that with NewDay the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Going through this process I'm still receiving mail trying to get me to refi with them. For me at least, this is an irritant and a waste of my time.
