GBHelpful Lumenia was very kind and helpful. I got everything I needed and she gave me information that I didn't know I needed for my business, on my second day at the bank. On the first try, I showed up alittle before noon without an appointment, waited 45 minutes, walked out, called to make an appointment. The staff on the phone were very kind and apologetic for my waiting. It was better for me anyway, because I grossly underestimated how long it takes to open a business account, and wouldn't have had the time on the previous trip.

GBGreat banking experience Well when I got there I only had less than a 5 minute wait Mrs Brito was very pleasant and very professional.. and she took care of all my needs and offered me knowledge about other things I might be able to do while I was doing my banking I would say she was a great asset to your company
