Luke Lehman Luke Lehman was wonderful to deal with from start to finish of the loan process. He went out of his way to be helpful, and follow up with us every step of the way.

Great Experience I've been banking with BankFive for about two years now and it's been a very nice experience. Stephen Pereira has helped me on several occasions and is one of the best bankers I've worked with. It's gotten to the point that I see when he's available because I know he'll get everything done correctly, smoothly and efficiently. I can't recommend him enough.

Helpful Lumenia was very kind and helpful. I got everything I needed and she gave me information that I didn't know I needed for my business, on my second day at the bank. On the first try, I showed up alittle before noon without an appointment, waited 45 minutes, walked out, called to make an appointment. The staff on the phone were very kind and apologetic for my waiting. It was better for me anyway, because I grossly underestimated how long it takes to open a business account, and wouldn't have had the time on the previous trip.

The wait time was very long and process took too long The wait time was very long, the banking system repeatedly went down through the entire process, I was forced to write down personal information so the representative could complete the process on the only working computer in addition to shouting out personal information across the building instead of being in a private office to do so. I've also yet to receive my debit card since opening the account. I put blame on the bank for these issues and the not employees. They were friendly, courteous and did the best they could working in remolding work zone. This is typical behavior for all banks. They only care about customers who come in with large deposits and have lots of money in the bank. The rest of us are just a way to make their quota for active accounts. I'm sure if I ever need help or any other service I won't qualify. So I have no intention of doing much business with you or any other bank. It's just a way to pay my bills to your other billionaire and trillion-are buddies. People like me don't matter. Not sure why you even ask for these surveys since you couldn't care less.
