GBHours Employees at the bank have always been great, but the hours are horrible. First no more Sunday hours and now closes at 3pm Monday-Thursday, I have to leave work early to get to the bank. Only reason I haven’t left for another bank is because I haven’t got around to it yet.

GBHelpful Lumenia was very kind and helpful. I got everything I needed and she gave me information that I didn't know I needed for my business, on my second day at the bank. On the first try, I showed up alittle before noon without an appointment, waited 45 minutes, walked out, called to make an appointment. The staff on the phone were very kind and apologetic for my waiting. It was better for me anyway, because I grossly underestimated how long it takes to open a business account, and wouldn't have had the time on the previous trip.
