On the first try, I showed up alittle before noon without an appointment, waited 45 minutes, walked out, called to make an appointment. The staff on the phone were very kind and apologetic for my waiting. It was better for me anyway, because I grossly underestimated how long it takes to open a business account, and wouldn't have had the time on the previous trip.
