I have been with Merrick Bank for 10… I have been with Merrick Bank for 10 years. I have always paid on time as well as paid off my balance. I did not realize they did monthly fees even if you do NOT use your card. A $6 (six dollar) delinquent was placed on my credit report. Absolutely ridiculous. This is how you lose WONDERFUL clients. Needless to say, I closed my account with them.

I use Merrick quite often I use Merrick quite often, especially during these times when help is needed by school aged grandkids. It is hard to pick a single-use time but I have not had any issues when using them. So far we ( the company and me ), have been true to the contract. The only thing I could see an improvement in is a type of loyalty program to your customers as longevity in good standing to have a lower interest incentive.

I never had any problems with… I never had any problems with Merrickbank. Unlike another bank card, which gives me problems, Merrick has an easy to go to website, easy to make a payment, and it's quick to finish.

Great card 5 stars They do what there supposed do very well. They report to credit agencies accurately and on time. They review your account and reward you with credit increases when your responsible with your account. You cant ask for more honesty.

She was very knowledgeable about how to use the card successfully. She was very detailed in her instructions and answered all of the questions that I had. I felt very confident that I will be able to make the transactions that I had previously had problems with. I am totally satisfied with her help.
