Capital One has ZERO interest rate and a much higher ($6,000) limit, so I let them close the account with training wheels limit of $2500. Customer service was non existent anyway. I use Merrick quite often I use Merrick quite often, especially during these times when help is needed by school aged grandkids. It is hard to pick a single-use time but I have not had any issues when using them. So far we ( the company and me ), have been true to the contract. The only thing I could see an improvement in is a type of loyalty program to your customers as longevity in good standing to have a lower interest incentive.

Why I like using your financial institution I do a lot of online shopping and there's so many scammers out there , I can never tell who's scamming and who just there selling their things. Anyway, I love the fraud dept. It has always fixed the issue quickly.
