However, Jen expedited the process a lot and was very helpful! Would be good to see a overhaul of the web application and the autopay feature implemented.

My return to Credits Unions I was using Credit Unions for years while I was working. After I retired I closed out my CU account. Recently and unexpectedly I had to purchase a vehicle from my son. In my research, and on every level the CU's offered better terms/interest rates then any Bank. I re-established myself with CUNJ and got a loan with almost half the interest rate than any conventional Bank. I am sold and will get back to using credit unions.
