Good manners never go out of style. It was wonderful to have a CUNJ representative with a pleasant, cool and calming temperament when a stressed out caller (like me) needed documents in a big hurry. I am thankful that he was there to calm me, to provide the documents I needed (on several occasions), and to do it cheerfully, without attitude.
