GBHorrible business practices is to say… Horrible business practices is to say the least. When you contact someone, it's like pulling teeth to get competent answers. I always end up having to go in person just for basic information. I've been banking with CUNJ for years, only because as a state worker and like many state workers will tell you, it's just convenient on pay day. It was suggested to try the other credit union and see the comparison on quality customer care/services. Better management is much needed - clearly from other reviews.

GBService delivery by the auto loan team… Service delivery by the auto loan team was excellent across the board. The team was patient, understanding, accommodating and professional. They listened to me and explained the process. Above all, the loan was processed in a timely manner. They are simply, the best!

GBBankers who care about their customers The CUNJ tellers are always very helpful, courteous and professional. The fraud management department guards my funds/deposits like Fort Knox, which gives me peace of mind. I'm glad I chose CUNJ for my bank. Keep up the good work
