Auto Loan madness turned into a winning experience. I had gotten so frustrated attempting to complete my auto loan application online. I kept running into a glitch on my computer. Then, Finally got a live person she helped me get the process done. She was patient and kind. I appreciated it so much! I already got my approval notice just a few hours later.

Good manners never go out of style. It was wonderful to have a CUNJ representative with a pleasant, cool and calming temperament when a stressed out caller (like me) needed documents in a big hurry. My stress and impatience met up with Mr. Cool- Calm- Collected Anthony Cannon who assured me that I didn't need to be anxious because he was there to help.
