Auto loan process is good, but has room to improve My auto loan process did take a while to get funded and at times it was hard to get in contact with the office by phone, so I cannot give 5/5. However, Jen expedited the process a lot and was very helpful! Would be good to see a overhaul of the web application and the autopay feature implemented.
