Best experience I had the best experience with a representative by the name of Anthony Cannon. Helpful is an understatement! He was very knowledgeable about the process and products the Credit Union offers! Everyone is usually nice when I encounter them but Anthony was exceptional!

Good manners never go out of style. It was wonderful to have a CUNJ representative with a pleasant, cool and calming temperament when a stressed out caller (like me) needed documents in a big hurry. My stress and impatience met up with Mr. Cool- Calm- Collected Anthony Cannon who assured me that I didn't need to be anxious because he was there to help. I am thankful that he was there to calm me, to provide the documents I needed (on several occasions), and to do it cheerfully, without attitude.

Ms./ Mrs. Rebecca Thompson Rebecca was kind and understanding of my circumstances. She made me feel comforted and she showed compassion for my situation. I am thankful she was the one who helped because after talking to her I was relieved.

They listened to me and explained the process. Above all, the loan was processed in a timely manner. They are simply, the best!
