Good manners never go out of style. It was wonderful to have a CUNJ representative with a pleasant, cool and calming temperament when a stressed out caller (like me) needed documents in a big hurry. My return to Credits Unions I was using Credit Unions for years while I was working. After I retired I closed out my CU account. Recently and unexpectedly I had to purchase a vehicle from my son. In my research, and on every level the CU's offered better terms/interest rates then any Bank. I re-established myself with CUNJ and got a loan with almost half the interest rate than any conventional Bank. I am sold and will get back to using credit unions.
