It was wonderful to have a CUNJ representative with a pleasant, cool and calming temperament when a stressed out caller (like me) needed documents in a big hurry. My stress and impatience met up with Mr. Cool- Calm- Collected Anthony Cannon who assured me that I didn't need to be anxious because he was there to help. I am thankful that he was there to calm me, to provide the documents I needed (on several occasions), and to do it cheerfully, without attitude.
