Good manners never go out of style. It was wonderful to have a CUNJ representative with a pleasant, cool and calming temperament when a stressed out caller (like me) needed documents in a big hurry. My stress and impatience met up with Mr. Cool- Calm- Collected Anthony Cannon who assured me that I didn't need to be anxious because he was there to help. I am thankful that he was there to calm me, to provide the documents I needed (on several occasions), and to do it cheerfully, without attitude.

Hamilton NJ Branch Team Are AMAZING! The team at the Hamilton NJ branch were amazing. Despite some confusion with the appointment being for 1 individual the team were able to make accommodations for 3 accounts to be opened. Branch manager Sandra Girgis went above and beyond, she not only discussed every option available to myself but also my teens who were opening their first bank accounts. She made us all feel very comfortable and confident we were making the right selections for our needs. Sandra spoke with us thoroughly about what to expect with the accounts, where and how to sign up for online banking, personally walked us all through how to use the eteller, gave us all of the information on days, times and how to access the atms etc.It was a truly awesome experience and I will highly recommend this branch to friends and family.

Auto Loan madness turned into a winning experience. I had gotten so frustrated attempting to complete my auto loan application online. I kept running into a glitch on my computer. Then, Finally got a live person she helped me get the process done. She was patient and kind. I appreciated it so much! I already got my approval notice just a few hours later.

Bankers who care about their customers The CUNJ tellers are always very helpful, courteous and professional. The fraud management department guards my funds/deposits like Fort Knox, which gives me peace of mind. I'm glad I chose CUNJ for my bank. Keep up the good work
