Then, Finally got a live person she helped me get the process done. She was patient and kind. I appreciated it so much! I already got my approval notice just a few hours later.

GBHorrible business practices is to say… Horrible business practices is to say the least. When you contact someone, it's like pulling teeth to get competent answers. I always end up having to go in person just for basic information. I've been banking with CUNJ for years, only because as a state worker and like many state workers will tell you, it's just convenient on pay day. It was suggested to try the other credit union and see the comparison on quality customer care/services. Better management is much needed - clearly from other reviews.
