1star is too many 1star is too many. Among several grievances, they failed to withdraw money on the designated day and to claim that I was past due. Apparently I was too harsh and the customer rep feelings were hurt and hung up on me. When I called back another rep explained there were several new employees. I give Cash Factory 1star because my… I give Cash Factory 1star because my payoff and on time payments, yet the on time payments were NOT REPORTED monthly. I simply told the CS agent; so if I didn't make the payment then what? The lady said we would report you to the 3 credit agencies....yep I gave her a dial tone and blocked Cash Factory USA

I've never had any issues with them I've never had any issues with them. They have been good. I have found them to be quite courteous & easy process when needing to refinance & my payment is low.
