GB1star is too many 1star is too many. Among several grievances, they failed to withdraw money on the designated day and to claim that I was past due. Apparently I was too harsh and the customer rep feelings were hurt and hung up on me. When I called back another rep explained there were several new employees. I told her “no “, he said he was going to hang up on me

GBI've never had any issues with them I've never had any issues with them. They have been good. I have found them to be quite courteous & easy process when needing to refinance & my payment is low.
