I've never had any issues with them I've never had any issues with them. They have been good. Today, 1/20/24, I am having a problem logging into their website. But, other then this, I have found them to be quite courteous & easy process when needing to refinance & my payment is low.

I give Cash Factory 1star because my… I give Cash Factory 1star because my payoff and on time payments, yet the on time payments were NOT REPORTED monthly. I simply told the CS agent; so if I didn't make the payment then what? The lady said we would report you to the 3 credit agencies....yep I gave her a dial tone and blocked Cash Factory USA
