I've never had any issues with them I've never had any issues with them. They have been good. Today, 1/20/24, I am having a problem logging into their website. But, other then this, I have found them to be quite courteous & easy process when needing to refinance & my payment is low.

Excellent service Excellent service, if U are a returning customer they give U the opportunity for more money if needed. Also they don’t rip U off. Your loan payments are for 5 months then in 5 months you paid off. If I need another loan they are the only Company I will work with.

Don't do business with theses people Don't do business with theses people, it was almost impossible to pay off the loan by making a principal only payment in order to avoid a bunch of unnecessary fees they try and change you. The so called number they gave us to allow for a principal payment number is a joke, you call it and immediately hangs up. Lied multiple times. We ended up having to call the lendor directly to get anything done. FYI cash factory is not the lender itself, they are third party. Never again. If you are desperate and need a payday loan like this pick another company.
