Apparently I was too harsh and the customer rep feelings were hurt and hung up on me. When I called back another rep explained there were several new employees. Return customer review. I am happy with the service as a return… I am happy with the service as a return customer. I can apply online and have the money auto deposit to my account. It is great for emergencies. However, I am still in shock over the interest rate I am being charged. As a customer in good standing who has repaid loans previously I would think I’d qualify for a lower interest amount. But otherwise I am satisfied.
