Return customer review. I am happy with the service as a return… I am happy with the service as a return customer. I can apply online and have the money auto deposit to my account. It is great for emergencies. However, I am still in shock over the interest rate I am being charged. As a customer in good standing who has repaid loans previously I would think I’d qualify for a lower interest amount. But otherwise I am satisfied.

Don't do business with theses people Don't do business with theses people, it was almost impossible to pay off the loan by making a principal only payment in order to avoid a bunch of unnecessary fees they try and change you. The so called number they gave us to allow for a principal payment number is a joke, you call it and immediately hangs up. Lied multiple times. We ended up having to call the lendor directly to get anything done. FYI cash factory is not the lender itself, they are third party. Never again. If you are desperate and need a payday loan like this pick another company.
