GBExcellent customer service! The customer service is exceptional! I communicated with a representative by the name of Fernando via chat who went above and beyond by calling me the next day to follow up on my request. The funds were also deposited quicker than I anticipated, which was amazing!

GBI've never had any issues with them I've never had any issues with them. They have been good. Today, 1/20/24, I am having a problem logging into their website. But, other then this, I have found them to be quite courteous & easy process when needing to refinance & my payment is low.

GB1star is too many 1star is too many. Among several grievances, they failed to withdraw money on the designated day and to claim that I was past due. Apparently I was too harsh and the customer rep feelings were hurt and hung up on me. When I called back another rep explained there were several new employees. I told her “no “, he said he was going to hang up on me
