I wanted to say a great thank you to… I wanted to say a great thank you to everyone at 1st Tech that has been working with me since our computer was hacked. They have been amazing. Alex, Mike and others helped me navigate the problem and even though the situation is not completed I have an appointment Monday for them to reset everything for me. Great Job! Glenda

TWO THUMBS DOWN I have a truck loan & the customer service is HORRIBLE, wait times are through the roof. Definitely would look elsewhere before signing a loan with this institution.

Sadie Jahn The agent, Sadie Jahn, was phenomenal. I came near closing and she quickly asked me to sit down by her desk. We had a complicated issue with a 3rd party insurance company and she connected me to the insurance company. Ms. Sadie Jahn had end up changing accounts, closing an account and reversing some charges. We went way over closing, but she stayed there and did not try to rush me. I could not believe her service. A few days later she worked on some more items and then called me and sent email. Again and again, super great service.

Application was quick and easy Application was quick and easy. Received approval same day. Funds were received in 2 business days. I also appreciated the follow up phone call which allowed me to ask questions. Couldn’t have gone any smoother.
