You also have a real gem in Venessa. I have dealt with her often over the years and have not found a more friendly and helpful person. All your staff, I feel, go out of their way to be helpful. Your business model makes banking easy and this comes from experience dealing with other financial institutes.

I was hesitant at first, since I’ve never heard of the company before, but the rate was great in comparison- fixed and one up front fee. I even got a welcome call in case I had any questions.

GBSadie Jahn The agent, Sadie Jahn, was phenomenal. I came near closing and she quickly asked me to sit down by her desk. We had a complicated issue with a 3rd party insurance company and she connected me to the insurance company. Ms. Sadie Jahn had end up changing accounts, closing an account and reversing some charges. We went way over closing, but she stayed there and did not try to rush me. I could not believe her service. A few days later she worked on some more items and then called me and sent email. Again and again, super great service.
