Quick easy car loan/ great rate I applied for a car loan with Wasatch Peaks and the process was very easy. Hannah was so personable and gave me clear instructions of what was needed. Hannah responded promptly each time I reached out to her. I was surprised how fast it took and I got a great rate that the other credit unions couldn't even get close to matching. I am very satisfied with the process and outcome!

Lauren Mun was very helpful in resolving a interest issue on my checking account. She provided excellent customer service and great follow up after she planned to speak to the person that is over high yield checking accounts. Wasatch Peaks can use more people like Lauren.

I applied for a car loan through… I applied for a car loan through Wasatch peaks. Received a phone call asking for clarification on a few things which i sent in an email. I called three seperate times, left three seperate messages and STILL havent heard on a decision being made. I've moved on since but I've lost respect in this Credit Union.

Worst morgage experience ever We were trying to get a morgage through this company sense January, it's now April, not to mention the very poor lack of communication but strung us along for months and couldn't even tell us a reason why we were approved! Before trying this company they told us they could let us know what we needed to do to ensure an approval... three months later they couldn't even tell us what was the issue with our credit to where we were not approved!! This company morgage is SO slow and so ineffective, wasted our time. I will never try this company again. Worst experience ever. On the plus the people seem friendly enough, but unknowledgable in every other aspect.
