GBEthan is great!! I have had to contact Wasatch Peaks several times the last couple of weeks. Each time Ethan has been very helpful and patient even with multiple calls in one day with endless questions. He has helped with transfers on an account, transfers to another member account, cancelling and ordering a new debit card and countless balance inquiries. GBI opened an account here two weeks ago… I’m going somewhere else I opened an account here two weeks ago and I have no access to my money, my accounts don’t show up online, and customer service doesn’t respond to questions. I received no routing numbers to set up direct deposits or order checks. I think my money is going to be finding a new home once I can get someone to track it down for me.

GBWorst morgage experience ever We were trying to get a morgage through this company sense January, it's now April, not to mention the very poor lack of communication but strung us along for months and couldn't even tell us a reason why we were approved! Before trying this company they told us they could let us know what we needed to do to ensure an approval... three months later they couldn't even tell us what was the issue with our credit to where we were not approved!! This company morgage is SO slow and so ineffective, wasted our time. I will never try this company again. Worst experience ever. On the plus the people seem friendly enough, but unknowledgable in every other aspect.

GBAnn Stewart Ann Stewart: Indirect LO - I’ve never heard from her, ever. I’ve called multiple times, left VMs and emails. Coming from Mountain America CU as an employee and member, extremely disappointed in her and management should talk to her directly about her customer service, or lack thereof. Every time I’ve called in, I got a lovely lady who answered all my questions, and Landon Kimber was so helpful in setting up my auto payments for our new truck loan. I would of given a 1 star because of Ann, but Landon and the other lady brought it up to 3.
