Customer Service Acknowledgements Ive been with Wasatch Peak CU (many different names over the years) since 1977 when I first started working for the USFS. I've had other CUs for instant cash and deposits over the years, but, I keep coming back and wont leave here until the day I die, which I hope is a long ways off. I've had exceptional service from Crystal these days in a variety of issues and none better qualified that I have dealt with than with her. I dont know how to give her more kudos other than here, but she surely needs to be touted as one heck of a membership person to help with any questions you have. Great loan experience I don’t enjoy shopping around for cars or getting loans but Wasatch Peaks made it fast and easy and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Combine that with the ease of pay through app and notifications you can setup as reminders and I have great peace of mind! Definitely recommend them!
