Incredible Mortgage Team Ray, Marcelo, Patricia, Vasiliki....make an amazing team. I was literally 10 days from target closing date when my bank decided to give me unreasonable list of conditions for my conditional approval. I jumped ship and called several lenders. Decided to go with Quontic because Marcelo was a straight talking broker that keeps it real. Hard to find these days. Ray treats every deal like his life depends on it. Love that about him. Patricia and Vasiliki were on the ball with every task and deadline. They returned every text message and phone call. I couldn't believe how fast they got this done. Honestly, they were hands down the best team I've ever used. I was in a tight spot and they came through for me. I used this company for my personal home...but moving forward will use for my investment properties as well. They know what they are doing.

I love the ease of opening an account… I love the ease of opening an account and the great interest rate you offer. What I find annoying are: 1. Two separate Online sites (Quontic.com and olb.Quontic.com) make it cumbersome to logon. 2. After opening the account, the web site showed different amounts for the account balance and the available account balance, with the amounts changing back and forth over a few days. 3. Having to wait 30 days before setting up an external account to establishing transfers. 4. Discovering the High Yield Savings Account is actually a Money Market Account, with limited monthly transactions permissible. As I said, these are annoyances, but nothing compared to the convenience of an Online bank and the high interest rate you offer.

I'm new to Quontic I'm new to Quontic, and still unfamiliar with the website and procedures. Setting up and managing accounts seems somewhat convoluted compared to other online banks, but a phone call to customer service provided a great deal of help. Their rates are certainly some of the best available, and I hope to build a CD ladder at Quontic. Until at least one CD matures I can't give a complete evaluation, but so far so good.
