GBTerrible process, no thanks Tried to sign up joint savings, terrible process, outdated site, denied likely because husband enters our address differently than my auto input...not worth the time or aggravation. Will move my money elsewhere...lot's of competitive rates right now, plenty of banks will be more than happy to have my money

GBQuick and easy Setting up an account online was very easy. Had no issues. Funding my CD's was easy and transferring money over from my bank was up to spec on modern security features. The app was recently updated and has some additional functionality however I only use it for tracking my CD's.

GBNo luck setting up a new account. After depositing $100 to set up a Money Market account, the planned to deposit more later, I tried to register as a new user, 3 days of trying to register, it would allow me to get passed the email verification, Call to customer service, no help. filled out forms to change email. No response, Now its a matter of trying trying to retrieve my $100. Have 2 account with Discover Bank, looks like they will have 3

GBGreat customer support! I had an issue after changing my email into an iCloud "Hide my Email" address, I was unable to change it back through the website. After contacting customer support, helped me through the process of changing my email back to my normal one. I've used all forms of their customer support; call, chat, & email, never had an issue!
