Two separate Online sites (Quontic.com and olb.Quontic.com) make it cumbersome to logon. 2. After opening the account, the web site showed different amounts for the account balance and the available account balance, with the amounts changing back and forth over a few days. 3. Having to wait 30 days before setting up an external account to establishing transfers. 4. Discovering the High Yield Savings Account is actually a Money Market Account, with limited monthly transactions permissible. As I said, these are annoyances, but nothing compared to the convenience of an Online bank and the high interest rate you offer.

No luck setting up a new account. After depositing $100 to set up a Money Market account, the planned to deposit more later, I tried to register as a new user, 3 days of trying to register, it would allow me to get passed the email verification, Call to customer service, no help. filled out forms to change email. No response, Now its a matter of trying trying to retrieve my $100. Have 2 account with Discover Bank, looks like they will have 3

Quick and easy Setting up an account online was very easy. Had no issues. Funding my CD's was easy and transferring money over from my bank was up to spec on modern security features. The app was recently updated and has some additional functionality however I only use it for tracking my CD's.
