GBI love the ease of opening an account… I love the ease of opening an account and the great interest rate you offer. What I find annoying are: 1. Two separate Online sites (Quontic.com and olb.Quontic.com) make it cumbersome to logon. 2. After opening the account, the web site showed different amounts for the account balance and the available account balance, with the amounts changing back and forth over a few days. 3. Having to wait 30 days before setting up an external account to establishing transfers. 4. Discovering the High Yield Savings Account is actually a Money Market Account, with limited monthly transactions permissible. As I said, these are annoyances, but nothing compared to the convenience of an Online bank and the high interest rate you offer.

GBGreat customer support! I had an issue after changing my email into an iCloud "Hide my Email" address, I was unable to change it back through the website. After contacting customer support, helped me through the process of changing my email back to my normal one. I've used all forms of their customer support; call, chat, & email, never had an issue!
