I've been married for 9 months and moved about 6 months ago, but the bank cannot verify my information nor let me know why I'm being denied. All they can tell me is that a piece of my information doesn't match a piece of public information. A truly unprofessional way of verifying identity. I called the bank and they offered to let me try my application again. But if it gets denied for a second time, I'll never be able to apply again. Guess I'll never bank with them
