Quick and easy Setting up an account online was very easy. Had no issues. Funding my CD's was easy and transferring money over from my bank was up to spec on modern security features. The app was recently updated and has some additional functionality however I only use it for tracking my CD's.

I'm new to Quontic I'm new to Quontic, and still unfamiliar with the website and procedures. Setting up and managing accounts seems somewhat convoluted compared to other online banks, but a phone call to customer service provided a great deal of help. Their rates are certainly some of the best available, and I hope to build a CD ladder at Quontic. Until at least one CD matures I can't give a complete evaluation, but so far so good.

Unprofessional identity verification Good luck getting through the application process. I've been married for 9 months and moved about 6 months ago, but the bank cannot verify my information nor let me know why I'm being denied. All they can tell me is that a piece of my information doesn't match a piece of public information. A truly unprofessional way of verifying identity. I called the bank and they offered to let me try my application again. But if it gets denied for a second time, I'll never be able to apply again. Guess I'll never bank with them

I love the ease of opening an account… I love the ease of opening an account and the great interest rate you offer. What I find annoying are: 1. Two separate Online sites (Quontic.com and olb.Quontic.com) make it cumbersome to logon. 2. After opening the account, the web site showed different amounts for the account balance and the available account balance, with the amounts changing back and forth over a few days. 3. Having to wait 30 days before setting up an external account to establishing transfers. 4. Discovering the High Yield Savings Account is actually a Money Market Account, with limited monthly transactions permissible. As I said, these are annoyances, but nothing compared to the convenience of an Online bank and the high interest rate you offer.
