Quick and easy Setting up an account online was very easy. Had no issues. Funding my CD's was easy and transferring money over from my bank was up to spec on modern security features. The app was recently updated and has some additional functionality however I only use it for tracking my CD's.

Terrible process, no thanks Tried to sign up joint savings, terrible process, outdated site, denied likely because husband enters our address differently than my auto input...not worth the time or aggravation. Will move my money elsewhere...lot's of competitive rates right now, plenty of banks will be more than happy to have my money

I was literally 10 days from target closing date when my bank decided to give me unreasonable list of conditions for my conditional approval. I jumped ship and called several lenders. Unprofessional identity verification Good luck getting through the application process. I've been married for 9 months and moved about 6 months ago, but the bank cannot verify my information nor let me know why I'm being denied. All they can tell me is that a piece of my information doesn't match a piece of public information. A truly unprofessional way of verifying identity. I called the bank and they offered to let me try my application again. But if it gets denied for a second time, I'll never be able to apply again. Guess I'll never bank with them
