I paid for the Premium service and am… I paid for the Premium service and am not getting responses from support or the website working. It says 'The specified UID does not match any of our records.' EDIT: Support started responding after I posted this review but my transaction is still unconfirmed 48 hours later. Starting to feel like this service does nothing and only refunds if you don't naturally get your transaction through and if it does they keep your money. 0 connection to pools. EDIT2: This service did nothing to help with my transaction, I paid, I waited and nothing happened. They do exactly what I described earlier, take your fee if it gets confirmed on its own or refund if it doesn't. It is a scam.

Hard to tell if this service is legit I would be wary of using this service, it is certainly not a 24 hour turnaround. My $25 confirmed within an hour and they didn't reach out for 5 days asking if i'd still like the transaction accelerated. This isn't too helpful since the transaction could've already been accelerated in that time for a similar price through a service like mempool.space, so I was not able to tell if simply waiting or BTCNitro helped push it through.

Good experience! After the congestion of the BTC network, I found myself needing BTC Nitro services. Just paid the $25. Will edit the post if/when my TXID is confirmed. Btcnitro may have accelerated my transaction, bless their heart. Btcnitro may have accelerated my bitcoin transaction. There is really no way of knowing. Since they asked me to review their service, I will say it was pretty good. Now when it was a free service, it's like asking your mom to kiss your ouchie, to make it heal faster, and who knows if it actually helped. I like to believe they have some connection to mining pools or whatever can make transactions go through faster. Mine said 144 blocks, and after paying them the $25 flat fee, it did indeed go through. Are they magic? Do they know something I don't? No one really knows. What we do know, is that we all need services like this to be around, so we can submit our stuck transactions, and hope they can indeed do what they say.

I was told initially sceptical about the low fees that BTC Nitro offered but I decided to try their services. My transaction was confirmed within hours. They were prompt in responding to all my queries and the service was superb!
