There were some technical difficulties… There were some technical difficulties but I grant them it was during one of the biggest traffic jams in bitcoin history. They were extremely prompt in their responses the issues refunds and provided support exceptionally well. A real human responds to you politely efficiently to solve your problems. I gave them 5 stars and will be using them again.
