I paid for the Premium service and am… I paid for the Premium service and am not getting responses from support or the website working. It says 'The specified UID does not match any of our records.' EDIT: Support started responding after I posted this review but my transaction is still unconfirmed 48 hours later. Starting to feel like this service does nothing and only refunds if you don't naturally get your transaction through and if it does they keep your money. 0 connection to pools. EDIT2: This service did nothing to help with my transaction, I paid, I waited and nothing happened. They do exactly what I described earlier, take your fee if it gets confirmed on its own or refund if it doesn't. It is a scam.

Hard to tell if this service is legit I would be wary of using this service, it is certainly not a 24 hour turnaround. My $25 confirmed within an hour and they didn't reach out for 5 days asking if i'd still like the transaction accelerated. This isn't too helpful since the transaction could've already been accelerated in that time for a similar price through a service like mempool.space, so I was not able to tell if simply waiting or BTCNitro helped push it through.

Since a few people here decided to post… Since a few people here decided to post 1* reviews, I thought I'd share my own experience. I paid for the premium service and had my transaction confirmed in less than 3 hours. I contacted support who repleied in about 20 minutes (I think they cover CET timezone) and were very helpful. Can't ask for much more than this!
