I paid for the premium service and had my transaction confirmed in less than 3 hours. I contacted support who repleied in about 20 minutes (I think they cover CET timezone) and were very helpful. Can't ask for much more than this!

Issue justified Hello, I have made an acceleration request. Paid 25 usd. They guarantee a confirmation within 24 hours. It’s now 48 hours. No confirmations. No reply from the support. Totally a scam. Edit : support contacted me and solved my issue. Recommended.
