I love Shopsmarter!!! I love this, even though there is a fee it pays for itself I have gotten hundreds of dollars from shopsmarter and I would recommend it to anyone.

Shady business practices My account was suspended because ShopSmarter claimed I was using it for business purchases. I purchased a $1,000 laptop in Best Buy and they claimed it was not for personal use. "We take the security of our members very seriously and occasionally our system flags unusual purchase patterns." Security of my purchases are none of your business. That's between me and my financial institution. But even if it were, how could suspending my cashback account could possibly protect the security of my purchases? You're so full of it, you stink.

A very genuine and legit website To some this website might sound shady at first but they are truly legit in releasing checks to you every month. A website I wish I could have found out earlier so that I cound have saved a lot as we all do a lot of online shopping.

Free cash back programs often offer better utility Nearly all other cash back programs are free, and often offer higher cash back than shopsmarter. On a targeted basis, if you have a high spend at one of the particular stores that don't frequently offer 10%+ elsewhere, this program adds value. Otherwise it's not worth the monthly charge. I also had a very large in-store purchase at a merchant in the program where my transaction on the registered card did not track--which cost me $60 in that one incident.

Getting a rebate should not take this long…… Getting a rebate should not take over a month! And when you file a report on something that you purchased through their website they don’t follow up letting you know what happened to your rebate on the legitimate purchase. I spent close to $1000 on Christmas presents since Thanksgiving & only received $11 & $27 in rebates.
