It's a real site , you do get cash back Awesome company love getting cash back for my shopping online, been using it for a couple years now . The only time I have an issue with getting cash back is when I have the app for the store I shopping at on my phone , the phone opens app and dose not go threw the shop smarter site ,so I just remove the app from my phone while shopping threw shop smarter. I love saving money 💰

On a targeted basis, if you have a high spend at one of the particular stores that don't frequently offer 10%+ elsewhere, this program adds value. Otherwise it's not worth the monthly charge. I also had a very large in-store purchase at a merchant in the program where my transaction on the registered card did not track--which cost me $60 in that one incident.

Their prices at $15.99 per month are… Their prices at $15.99 per month are getting ridiculous. Starting to become a rip off especially with an annual $1000 cash back cap. It's like paying $200 for MAYBE some money back. Use Rakuten and get the same cash back without the cost. This company is going to put itself out of business.

No hassle, big return! If you are an avid online shopper it is well worth the monthly fee to join Shop Smarter. All sites I shop have had a return of 10% or more. I don't need to let them know when to send my check it's sent automatically on the 15th of each month. One thing I would advise is to read each vendors policy information so that you avoid any pitfalls. Otherwise there are No hassles, big return!
